The Village Rise is a Matakana lifestyle development seeking to stand out in a crowded market. We were brought in to refresh the brand identity, build a storytelling-driven website, create a compelling brand film and photography suite, and deliver a marketing strategy with advertising and signage that reflects the premium, community-focused living on offer.

Brand Refresh: A refined evolution of the logo and guidelines created a contemporary, cohesive look while staying true to Matakana.

Website: A mobile-first rebuild delivered a user-centred design with video, lifestyle imagery, streamlined enquiry forms, and scalable architecture for future growth.
Marketing & Advertising: A digital-first campaign focused on Google Display, Trade Me, and Meta Ads, supported by remarketing to drive qualified leads.
Signage: Campaign headlines, detailed maps and lifestyle imagery rolled out across onsite signage to reinforce brand presence and awareness.
