About the project
We were engaged by UPC Group to create a name and brand identity for a premium industrial precinct strategically located in Penrose, one of Auckland’s most connected commercial zones. Through research and stakeholder consultation, we identified the need for a name that balanced professionalism, place recognition, and future-focused ambition. O’Rorke Quarter retains the original road name as a geographic anchor, while elevating it with a modern, high-end identity. The introduction of “OQ North” and “OQ South” adds clarity and sophistication, giving the two site on O'rorke Road their own presence while remaining part of a cohesive whole.
