The Challenge: build on the previous year’s annual report which focused on business growth in New Zealand and Australia.

The Solution: our research proves that Augusta is constantly seeking new areas in property investment and syndication. 2018/19 saw encouraging growth of existing and new funds, so our aim was to visualise this investment with complementary imagery. The overall design stayed true to Augusta’s brand aesthetic, while exploring the themes of growth and new horizons.

We were also tasked with designing and producing two supporting annual reports - one for Asset Plus+, and the other for Augusta Industrial Fund. Although these are separate annual reports, we kept a consistent overall look for the cover, each using black and coloured metallic foil.
