33 Federal Street, a newly refurbished high-res office space in Auckland's CBD, sought to attract new tenants. By leveraging our expertise in digital design and marketing, we developed a targeted campaign that effectively reached potential tenants and generated valuable inquiries. Through a combination of Google Display Network (GDN) and Trademe advertising, coupled with a strong online presence, we helped 33 Federal Street achieve its marketing goals.

Engaging Content: Creating compelling content for the 33 Federal Street website to showcase the office space's unique features and amenities. This included video and drone footage, photography, copywriting and iconography.
Targeted Advertising: Reaching potential tenants with highly relevant ads on the GDN and Trademe, resulting in 1,789,204 impressions and 1,871 clicks, over 2 months.
Conversion Optimisation: Implementing strategies to improve the website's conversion rate, such as search engine optimisation (SEO), optimising the digital ad creative and streamlining the inquiry process.
