Heartland 2016 Annual Report
The Heartland Bank Annual Report is a marketing opportunity where brand value can be enhanced, and points can be added to their share price. This year’s theme was ‘Kiwis in their environment.’
We art directed the photography, ranging from rural to boardroom settings, and utilised a mixture of black and white, and colour grades to add interest.
We deviated from the traditional use of Heartland green, and used earthy tones from the secondary colour palette we developed earlier in the year. This is evident in the contemporary, Colin McCahon inspired design element on the front cover. The document was printed on a textured Munken stock to complement the colour palette.
